The seminars cover a range of interests beyond the fellow’s subjects of research and the research lines: the status of exegesis on the Acts of the Apostles or the questions connected to the use of the post-tridentine missal in the Catholic church, Pentecostalism or the Evangelical theology constitute today the themes to which are invited speakers from all around the world. The activity of the school – of which Silvia Scatena is the coordinator – corresponds to the rigorous standards of quality in terms of admission procedures, published thesis and organized seminars. The aim is to reach within a four-year term a formal evaluation of the activity and programming by the scientific committee. In a near future the actual Alberigo School will be transformed into a European consortium which links it to some European universities and research centers in order to promote stable forms of scientific synergy and more intense circulation of ideas and research experiences. Besides there are established cooperations in the doctoral formation with universities and centers such as the Department of religious studies of Peking University.
